What does shipping cost?
Nothing. It is free on everything, on every order, with no minimum.
When will it get here?
Usually one to two weeks. Orders go to the maker within a day of you placing them, and it ships to you directly rather than sitting in a warehouse first. That is why it is cheap and also why it is not next-day.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, by email, as soon as the parcel has a number against it.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now, no. US addresses only.
Returns
Can I send it back?
Thirty days, no questions. Email us and we refund it. You do not have to explain why you did not like it.
What if it turns up broken?
Send a photo and we ship a replacement. You do not need to return the broken one.
Paying
What shows up on my card?
The charge reads NEXIS. That is the company JITTER belongs to and the name Square has on file for us. Same charge, different name on the line.
Is the checkout safe?
Card details go to Square and never touch this site. We never see your card number.
Do you store anything about me?
Your bag is kept in your own browser and never reaches us until you check out. We have no accounts and no logins.
Safety
Are these safe for children?
No. Many of these hold small strong magnets and are sold for adults only. Swallowed magnets pull together through the gut and that is a surgical emergency. Keep them away from children and from pets.
Adults only. We do not sell these as children's toys and we will not knowingly ship one as a gift for a small child. If magnets are swallowed, go to an emergency room the same day, even if nobody seems unwell.
How loud are they?
Quiet enough for an office, not silent in a library. Most of the metal pieces catch rather than snap, so it is a soft thud rather than a click.
Mystery boxes
What comes in one?
We do not say in advance. That is most of the point. Boxes are picked from across the shop and no two are the same.
Can I get a refund on a box?
Same thirty days as everything else.
Can I say what I don't want?
Yes. Reply to your order email and tell us. We will keep it out.
